Perform boundary survey per legal description as provided . Boundary survey shall be prepared in accordance with the <br /> Minimum Technical Standards for surveying as adopted by the State of Florida . <br /> 2 . Locate and identify all improvements on subject property , including but not limited to , buildings , driveways , fences <br /> etc . <br /> 3 . Review Title chain package as provided . Show all applicable easements on the survey sketch . No search of the <br /> Public Records will be made by this firm . <br /> 4 . Review and verify existing description of right of way Parcel 168 to be acquired . <br /> 5 . Depict all existing and proposed rights of way on the survey drawing . Drawing shall also include description of parent <br /> parcel , acquisition parcel and residue parcel as applicable . <br /> 6 . Upon completion , certify as requested , provide five copies and a CD containing the CAD file and PDF of the <br />survey <br /> sketch . <br /> Based upon the man hour estimate attached as Exhibit "A" we propose to perform the above described scope of services <br /> for a lump sum fee of $ 3 , 215 . 00 . We estimate the time of completion to be ten ( 10 ) days from the notice <br /> to proceed . <br /> Upon your verbal authorization for this survey , we order research materials and set up your job file .
