Lauderdale, Florida 33309 <br />Dear Mr. Hartmann: <br />This is in reference to the proposed widening at the 16th Street grade crossing in Vero Beach, <br />Railway's milepost 228+118'. I have enclosed a copy of the fully executed License Agreement <br />between the Railway and Indian River County. Please proceed with the Tn-Party Railroad <br />Reimbursement Agreement that will cover the initial construction cost as referenced in paragraphs <br />(7) and (8) of the enclosed agreement. Please mention the existing agreement and attach as an <br />exhibit to your agreement.
