BK : 1961 PG : 1050 <br /> ARTICLE XIII <br /> Subservience to Facility Lease Agreement <br /> Section 13 . 01 . Subservience to Facility Lease Agreement. This Agreement, being a <br /> sublease under the Facility Lease Agreement, is and at all times shall remain subject, subservient <br /> and subordinate to the terms and conditions of the Facility Lease Agreement. In the event of any <br /> conflict whatsoever between the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the terms and <br /> conditions of the Facility Lease Agreement, the terms of the Facility Lease Agreement shall <br /> supersede, govern over, and control the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Dodgers and <br /> the City shall not do or permit to be done any act or thing which will constitute a breach or <br /> violation of any of the terms, covenants, conditions, or provisions of the Facility Lease <br /> Agreement. <br /> Section 13 . 02 Assumption by the County. In the event that the Facility Lease <br /> Agreement expires or is terminated before this Agreement expires or is terminated, the County <br /> shall assume all of the rights and obligations of Dodgers under this Agreement and the City shall <br /> be entitled to continue to occupy and use the Parking Property in accordance with the terms and <br /> conditions hereof until this Agreement expires or is terminated. <br /> [ signatures on next page] <br /> JM84532;3 ) Page 17 of 21 <br />
