The County Engineer reported that Bob Duerden had requested the <br />-'County deed the right of way for Industrial Road back to.him, inasnuch <br />as the other property owners had not given right of way. Commissioner <br />Macdonald requested that this matter be tabled until we hear from the . <br />legal department of General Development Corporation. <br />The County Engineer brought up the matter of the Flashing Signal <br />at the Wabasso crossing on the new U. S.-1 and that he thought the cost <br />would now be $1,000.00.
