ATTACHMENT 9 to WORK ORDER NO, 3 -EM <br />ADDITIONAL ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR EGRET MARSH REGIONAL <br />STORMWATER PARK FINAL REDESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION <br />PROJECT SCOPE <br />The COUNTY is preparing an alternate design for the Egret Marsh Regional Stormwater <br />Park (Egret Marsh). The CONSULTANT shall assist the COUNTY in the alternate design <br />and subsequent construction by providing certain professional engineering services. <br />Specific tasks follow: <br />2. DESIGN SERVICES <br />Task No. 1 — COMPUTER DRAFTING SERVICES — provide computer aided drafting <br />(CAD) services for approximately seven civil and mechanical construction drawings. <br />Task No. 2 — STORMWATER MODELING — provide stormwater modeling services for the <br />post -construction site as required by Indian River County, including a final stormwater <br />modeling report. <br />Task No. 3 — ENGINEERING SERVICES — provide professional engineering services as <br />necessary to assist the COUNTY in its redesign efforts. These services will include, but <br />may not be limited to electrical engineering services. <br />Task No. 4 — SHOP DRAWING REVIEW AND RESPONSE TO CONTRACTOR'S <br />REQUEST FOR INFORMATION SUBMITTALS — provide structural and electrical <br />engineering services as necessary for shop drawing reviews and respond to contractor <br />requests for information during the construction period. <br />Task No. 5 — SITE VISITS DURING CONSTRUCTION AND ASSOCIATED MEMOS — <br />conduct up to 12 site visits to the project construction site to observe and review project <br />construction activities.
