The Survey shall delineate the Boundary lines as per deed <br /> of record ( supplied by County) , locate all above ground and apparent underground <br /> improvements ( by above ground markers ) . Underground improvements that are not readily <br /> visible or obvious are not included in these tasks . Insert of the proposed 43rd Avenue and State <br /> Road 60 Intersection Improvements project right-of-way acquisition applications . <br /> Specific Notes : <br /> a ) All horizontal control shall be mapped in ( 1983 NAD , National Adjusted <br /> Datum 1999 adjusted ) , Florida East Zone State Plane Grid Network . <br /> b ) Proposal does not include any public records searches for ownerships <br /> and /or right of way takings . <br /> COMPLETION & DELIVERABLESMORK PRODUCT : <br /> 1 . Project shall be completed within thirty ( 30 ) business days from Notice to Proceed . <br /> 2 . Deliverables SHALL BE CERTIFIED TO Indian River County and shall include five ( 5 ) <br /> signed and sealed 24" x 36" or 24" x 18 " AND ( 3 ) reduced 81 /2 " x 11 " — " legible" versions <br /> (for recording ) , electronic copies in AutoCAD 2007 and PDF formats . <br /> COMPENSATION : <br /> Payments shall be in accordance with the original Professional Surveying and <br /> Mapping/GIS Services Agreement , Contract No . 0725 with the County . <br /> TOTAL LUMP SUM PRICE : $ 3, 100 . 00 <br />
