AMENDMENT NO , 1 <br /> TO THE PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING SERVICES AGREEMENT FOR <br /> 17TH LANE S . W . (FROM 27TH AVENUE TO APPROXIMATELY 900 LF EAST OF 27TH <br /> AVENUE) - IRC PROJECT NO . 0803 <br /> This is an amendment to the existing AGREEMENT dated September 18 , 2007 , between <br /> Masteller & Moler, Inc . (ENGINEER) and INDIAN RIVER COUNTY (COUNTY) . The <br /> proposed scope of work includes modifications of design to connect to 27th Avenue . All <br /> provisions of the original Professional Engineering Services Agreement shall remain in full force <br /> and effect unless otherwise specifically modified. This amendment addresses changes in "TIME <br /> OF COMPLETION" of this AGREEMENT . <br /> SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> See attached Addendum # 1 from Masteller & Moler, Inc . dated August 6 , 2008 , which specifies <br /> changes in " SCOPE OF SERVICES" and "COMPENSATION . " <br /> COMPENSATION <br /> This section of the AGREEMENT entitles SECTION V — COMPENSATION shall be revised in <br /> response to the Scope of Modifications set out herein. The changes associated with this <br /> AMENDMENT NO . 1 are as follows : <br /> Fees for Engineering Services — Lump Sum Amount $2 , 720 . 00 <br /> TOTAL AMENDMENT NO . 1 $2J20 , 00 <br /> The changes associated with the AGREEMENT shall be increased from $ 11 , 080 . 00 to <br /> $ 135800 . 00 . <br /> The AGREEMENT is hereby amended as specifically set forth herein. All sections of the <br /> AGREEMENT shall remain in full force and effect and are incorporated herein.
