Kafer, Jr., PE <br />Addendum 1 — Rev. 08/06/2008 <br />Page 2 of 2 <br />The following deliverables will be provided: <br />• 100% Plans Submittal <br />o One (1) Set of Construction Plans (Hardcopy, signed and sealed) <br />o Electronic Copy of the Construction Plans (pdf format) <br />o Engineer's Cost Estimate <br />We propose to perform the Scope of Services for the following fees: <br />Task 1 Construction Plans and Cost Estimate Update: $ 2,720.00 <br />Billing will be as follows: Project will be billed upon submittal of deliverables. <br />Any and all items not specifically set forth in this proposal are excluded.
