ADDENDUM #7 TO CONTRACT DATED JANUARY 21 , 1997 BETWEEN INDIAN <br /> RIVER COUNTY AND MASTELLER & MOLER, INC. FOR CR 512 PAVING & <br /> DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS <br /> INDIAN RIVER COUNTY PROJECT #9611 <br /> COUNTY ROUTE 512 CORRIDOR IMPROVEMENTS <br /> ROSELAND ROAD TO I-95 <br /> INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FL <br /> I. ADDITIONAL SERVICES IN CONNECTION WITH THE FOLLOWING <br /> CONSTRUCTION PLAN PREPARATION SERVICES : <br /> Task A <br /> Construction Plans shall be amended to incorporate modifications to the design for all median <br /> openings based on red- lined direction provided to Masteller & Moler, Inc . by the October 1 , <br /> 2003 letter from Christopher J. Kafer, Jr. P .E . , Indian River County Engineer. In order to <br /> complete the design amendments, we shall revise the Construction Plans including Plan Views, <br /> Cross- sections and Summary of Quantities. <br /> We propose to perform the Scope of Services outlined under Task A for the lump sum fee of <br /> $ 18, 550. 00, <br /> Task B <br /> Construction plans shall be amended to incorporate improvements in the July 16, 2003 letter <br /> from Christopher J. Kafer, Jr. P . E. Develop within the Stormwater Lake E site located to the <br /> southeast of the CR512 Bridge over the Sebastian River, the design for a parking facility for <br /> recreational access by the public. The parking facility shall be accessed from the proposed new <br /> County Route 512 roadway improvements and will include a median opening . Within the Lake <br /> E site, the location for a pedestrian path surrounding the site ' s planned stormwater lake and the <br /> conservation easement shall also be depicted. <br /> This design task shall also require approval of the Lake E site improvements by the City of <br /> Sebastian Planning & Zoning Commission. In addition, the inclusion of the pedestrian pathway <br /> through the conservation easement will require modification to the issued St . John's River Water <br /> Management District Environmental Resource Permit. Our proposal is based on the parking lot <br /> and related grading design being developed in a manner that will not require modification to the <br /> conservation easement boundary. <br /> We propose to perform the Scope of Services outlined under Task B for the lump sum fee of <br /> $ 102010. 00 , <br /> Time of Comaletion <br /> We will complete our services as described above for Task A and Task B in approximately three <br /> (3 ) weeks after our receipt of written authorization to proceed from Indian River County. <br />
