(SURVEYOR) and Indian <br /> River County ( COUNTY) . This Work Order No . 2 ( Utilities 2009 ) amends the agreement as <br /> follows : <br /> SECTION I — PROJECT LIMITS <br /> This Work Order No . 2 ( Utilities 2009 ) is for the SURVEYOR to perform surveying services in <br /> connection with the design and replacement of an existing transite force main . The survey limits <br /> are from Lift Station # 143 located at Young ' s Market at 2601 South U . S . Highway No . 1 west to <br /> Old Dixie Highway , lying in Indian River County , Florida . <br /> SECTION II = SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> As agreed upon between Masteller , Moler , Reed & Taylor, Inc . and Indian River County , <br /> the <br /> SURVEYOR shall provide Professional Land Surveying services to complete all tasks as <br /> outlined in this Work Order No . 2 ( Utilities 2009 ) described as follows : <br /> • Recover horizontal and vertical control and establish survey baseline as directed by the <br /> engineer. <br /> • Locate all existing monurnentation for establishment of existing rights of way , easements <br /> and platted lines . <br /> • Research property appraiser records and recorded plats to identify existing easements etc <br /> along the route . <br /> • Locate and identify all visible topographic features along the route , including but not limited <br /> to buildings , utilities , pavement , culverts , <br /> • Perform cross sections and obtain elevations along the route at 100 foot intervals sufficient <br /> for engineering utility design purposes . Elevations will be based on NGVD 1929 unless <br /> otherwise directed . <br /> • Prepare topographic survey , including depiction of elevations , improvements , and right of <br /> way , easement and land lines . <br />
