In accordance with Contract No , 0725 2007 -2009 This Work Order No . 1 ( Utilities 2009 ) is in accordance with the existing AGREEMENT dated November 6In , 2007 between Masteller, Moler , Reed & Taylor, Inc . (SURVEYOR) and Indian River County ( COUNTY) . This Work Order No . 1 ( Utilities 2009 ) amends the agreement as follows : SECTION I — PROJECT LIMITS This Work Order No . 1 ( Utilities 2009 ) is for the SURVEYOR to perform surveying services in connection with the design and construction of a Mitigation area on Lost Tree Island in connection with the Spoonbill Marsh Brine Disposal project lying in Indian River County , Florida . The project limits are as shown on the attached sketch . SECTION II = SCOPE OF SERVICES As agreed upon between Masteller, Moler, Reed & Taylor, Inc . and Indian River County , the SURVEYOR shall provide Professional Land Surveying services to complete all tasks as outlined in this Work Order No . 1 ( Utilities 2009 ) described as follows : • Establish horizontal and vertical control . • Provide layout south line of project for clearing limits as necessary . • Provide layout and grades for proposed shallow pond . Provide layout grades for proposed drainage channel to river . Perform as- built locations and prepare record survey in compliance with local regulatory agencies current regulations . SECTION III — TIME FOR COMPLETION , DELIVERABLEWWORK PRODUCT • Project shall be completed within ninety ( 90 ) business days from Notice to Proceed or thirty ( 30 ) business days from completion of construction , whichever is later. • Prepare and provide five paper copies and one digital file of Record survey upon completion of the project .
