IRC Work Order #7 <br /> County Road 512 Ph . 3 — FINAL RNV monumentation <br /> September 9th , 2008 <br /> Page 2 of 9 <br /> 5 . Set Permanent Reference Monuments along the Right of Way at all changes in <br /> direction , including all Points of Curvature and Tangency . Provide State Plane <br /> Coordinate values on all monumentation set. PRM ' s shall be an iron rod and disk <br /> stamped as agreed and encased in a 4" by 4" concrete monument and shall be <br /> placed at a maximum of 1000 feet apart . <br /> 6 . Set Permanent Reference Monuments along related project properties as applicable . <br /> PRM ' s shall be an iron rod and disk stamped as agreed and encased in a 4" by 4" <br /> concrete monument and shall be placed at a maximum of 1000 feet apart. <br /> 7 . Monument all Permanent Control Points ( PCP ' s) along the baseline at all changes in <br /> direction , including all Points of Curvature and Tangency . Provide State Plane <br /> Coordinate values on all baseline control points . PCP ' s shall be a Parker Kaylon nail <br /> and tab stamped as agreed and shall be placed at a maximum of 1000 feet apart . <br /> 8 . Examine and review updated title report for twenty seven adjacent properties as <br /> necessary . Include revisions on final map as necessary . Revise and update existing <br /> Right of Way Map to depict all set or found monumentation and current title work as <br /> applicable . Map shall adhere to attached Right of Way Map checklist ( Exhibit " B" ) . <br /> Provide copies for review and comment . Address comments and prepare mylars as <br /> required . <br /> SECTION III — TIME FOR COMPLETION & DELIVERABLESIWORK PRODUCT <br /> 1 . Project shall be completed as follows : <br /> a . Time of 80% - 90% PRELIMINARY review submittal shall be 60 calendar Days from <br /> notice to proceed . <br /> b . Time of FINAL project completion shall within 30 calendar days of receipt of the <br /> County' s review comments . <br /> 2 . Deliverables -The SURVEYOR shall provide the COUNTY : <br /> a . PRELIMINARY REVIEW. 80% - 90% product for County review and comments . One <br /> ( 1 ) paper " hardcopy" . County shall strive to provide review comments within 30 <br /> calendar days of preliminary submittal . <br /> b. FINAL one (2) paper " hardcopy" signed and sealed sets and one ( 1 ) signed and <br /> sealed MYLAR sets in adequate recording fashion (I . E . Borders) . Sheeted and <br /> model space ( as applicable) AutoCad drawing file and PDF formats on CD . <br /> c. Survey set/sheets shall include a cover sheet with location sketch , survey <br /> certifications , and related title and project No ; a survey notes/legend/abbreviation <br /> sheet , survey horizontal control sheet(s) , right- of-way plan view sheets and /or as <br /> indicated in the County supplied Right-of-Way map " checklist" . <br /> d . Work Product and digital versions are to prepared and submitted so that the <br /> COUNTY or other consultants can readily use it for the design and analysis of the <br /> area , as defined . It shall contain all information necessary for third-party surveyor to <br /> independently recreate and/or utilize the survey work . It is acknowledged all final <br /> products become property of Indian River COUNTY and will be available for use by <br /> the public at large . <br /> a. The SURVEYOR' S work product shall meet or exceed the minimum standards as <br /> defined by Sections II , III and IV or the COUNTY will not approve the SURVEYOR' S <br /> request for payment . <br />
