(SURVEYOR) and Indian River County <br />(COUNTY). This Work Order No. 5 amends the agreement as follows: <br />SECTION I — PROJECT LIMITS <br />This Work Order No. 5 is for the SURVEYOR to perform a Boundary Survey for Retention Pond <br />"A", County Road 512 Phase IV in Sebastian, all lying in Indian River County, Florida. Survey <br />will be a portion of MMRT survey, Project #5971, which was performed under the prior Work <br />Order dated March 2006 between Masteller, Moler, Reed & Taylor, Inc. (SURVEYOR) and <br />Indian River County (COUNTY). <br />SECTION II - SCOPE OF SERVICES <br />As agreed upon between Masteller, Moler, Reed & Taylor, Inc. and Indian River County, the <br />SURVEYOR shall provide Professional Land Surveying services to complete all tasks as <br />outlined in this Work Order No. 5 described as follows: <br />1. Perform Boundary survey as based upon the current deed per legal description prepared by <br />MMRT, drawing no. 5971, dated 6/5/06. Boundary survey shall be prepared in accordance <br />with the Minimum Technical Standards for surveying as adopted by the State of Florida and <br />standards as provided by the Florida Communities Trust (copy attached). <br />2. Find or set monumentation at all corners of the boundary. <br />3. Locate all improvements and show all visible encroachments, if applicable. <br />4. Identify road rights of way adjacent to the property and locate easements as provided. We <br />will not search the public records for encumbrances. <br />5.
