(SURVEYOR) and Indian River County <br /> (COUNTY) . This Work Order No. 5 amends the agreement as follows: <br /> SECTION I — PROJECT LIMITS <br /> This Work Order No. 5 is for the SURVEYOR to perform a Boundary Survey for Retention Pond <br /> "A" , County Road 512 Phase IV in Sebastian , all lying in Indian River County, Florida . Survey <br /> will be a portion of MMRT survey, Project #5971 , which was performed under the prior Work <br /> Order dated March 2006 between Masteller, Moler, Reed & Taylor, Inc. (SURVEYOR) and <br /> Indian River County (COUNTY) . <br /> SECTION 11 - SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> As agreed upon between Masteller, Moler, Reed & Taylor, Inc. and Indian River County , the <br /> SURVEYOR shall provide Professional Land Surveying services to complete all tasks as <br /> outlined in this Work Order No. 5 described as follows: <br /> 1 . Perform Boundary survey as based upon the current deed per legal description prepared by <br /> MMRT, drawing no. 5971 , dated 6/5/06. Boundary survey shall be prepared in accordance <br /> with the Minimum Technical Standards for surveying as adopted by the State of Florida and <br /> standards as provided by the Florida Communities Trust (copy attached) . <br /> 2. Find or set monumentation at all corners of the boundary. <br /> 3. Locate all improvements and show all visible encroachments , if applicable . <br /> 4. Identify road rights of way adjacent to the property and locate easements as provided . We <br /> will not search the public records for encumbrances. <br /> 5.
