Boundary survey shall be prepared in accordance with the Minimum Technical Standards for surveying <br />as adopted by the State of Florida and standards as provided by the Florida Communities Trust (copy attached). <br />2. Find or set monumentation at all comers of the boundary. <br />3. Locate all improvements and show all visible encroachments, if applicable. <br />4. Identify road rights of way adjacent to the property and locate easements as provided. We will not search the public <br />records for encumbrances. <br />5. Compute acreage to the nearest .01' of a foot and certify to parties as provided. <br />6. Provide 5 copies of boundary survey and one AutoCAD digital file upon completion. The AutoCAD digital file is <br />provided in lieu of item 13B of the F T_ standards_ <br />We propose to perform the above described scope of services for a lump sum fee of S 4,325 00 <br />Upon your verbal authorization for this survey, we order research materials and setup your job file.
