Johns River Water Management District Conservation Easement <br /> Boundary Survey <br /> Indian River County Project 9611A <br /> WORK ORDER NO . 9 ( Engineering /Surveying ) <br /> FOR <br /> PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT <br /> ANNUAL SURVEYING and MAPPING/GIS SERVICES <br /> WITH <br /> Masteller, Moler, Reed & Taylor, Inc. <br /> In accordance with Contract No . 0725 <br /> This Work Order No . 9 is in accordance with the existing AGREEMENT dated November 6 , <br /> 2007 between Masteller, Moler, Reed & Taylor, Inc. (SURVEYOR) and Indian River County <br /> (COUNTY) . This Work Order No . 9 amends the agreement as follows : <br /> SECTION I — PROJECT LIMITS <br /> This Work Order No . 9 is for the SURVEYOR to perform additional services in connection with <br /> the County Road 512 Phase III - Pond E , St . Johns River Water Management District <br /> Conservation Easement and permitting requirements . <br /> SECTION II - SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> As agreed upon between Masteller, Moler, Reed & Taylor, Inc. and Indian River County , the <br /> SURVEYOR shall provide Professional Land Surveying services to complete all tasks as <br /> outlined in this Work Order No . 9 described within the attached Masteller, Moler, Reed and <br /> Taylor Inc "Agreement for Professional Services" and as follows : <br /> 1 . Perform field and office professional Surveying and Mapping services related to <br /> completion of a Boundary and Improvement Survey ( Easement Boundary limits to be <br /> determined by the County) . Project to meet or exceed the St .
