(SURVEYOR) and Indian River Carty (COUNTY). This Work Order No. 9 :mends the <br /> agreement as follows: <br /> Perform Boundary Survey for the Conservation Easement area located in Indian River County and lying in Section 23 , <br /> Township 031 South, Range 038 East and being a portion of Tax Parcel 31382300000500000001 .2 and includes the <br /> following Scope of Services: <br /> 1 . Perform boundary survey of Conservation Easement as described in sketch and legal description prepared by David <br /> Silon, dated 7- 11 -07 as provided by the County. Boundary survey shall be prepared in accordance with the Minimum <br /> Technical Standards for surveying as adopted by the State of Florida. <br /> 2. Locate and depict existing improvements including walking path and fencing. <br /> 3_ Monument all property comers as required and identified in St. Johns River Water Management District permit <br /> #56415-2, condition #2. <br /> 4 . Prepare Map of Survey as required, depicting improvements, adjacent uses and monumentation set. <br /> 5. Certify as requested, provide ten copies and one compact disk containing the AutoCAD and .pdf digital file of the <br /> survey sketch. <br /> We propose to perform the above described scope of services for a lump sum fee of S 4,380.W. We expect the time of <br /> completion to be 15 days from the notice to proceed . <br /> Upon your verbal authorization for this survey, we order research materials and set up your job file. In the event of a <br /> cancellation and in order to cover our costs, you will be billed for all work/expenses incurred up to the date of cancellation, <br /> including costs to close out your file. See the attached for standard conditions. <br /> All and/or any additional services not described hereon shall be pre-approved by the COUNTY. Approved additional <br /> services shall be invoiced at the rates disclosed in the approved fee schedule with the SURVEYOR for the contract year(s) <br /> of November 6th2007 through November 5th, 2009. <br /> All invoicing shag include project identification, Work Order No. (WO 9), Contract Number 0725, itemize man-hours and <br /> materials expended to complete the scope of services.
