(SURVEYOR) and Indian River County <br />(COUNTY). This Work Order No. 8 amends the agreement as follows: <br />SECTION I — PROJECT LIMITS <br />This Work Order No. 8 is for the SURVEYOR to perform reconnaissance with project limits to <br />identify areas of high water. Areas of concern include canals, ditches, lakes and swales. <br />Project limits are from 12th Street to 53rd Street and from 82nd Avenue to the Indian River. <br />SECTION II - SCOPE OF SERVICES <br />As agreed upon between Masteller, Moler, Reed & Taylor, Inc. and Indian River County, the <br />SURVEYOR shall provide Professional Land Surveying services to complete all tasks as <br />outlined in this Work Order No. 8 described as follows: <br />1. Project preparation, including work orders and field crew folders. Coordinate with <br />County staff to establish guidelines. <br />2. Perform reconnaissance with project limits to identify areas of high water. Areas of <br />concern include canals, ditches, lakes and swales. Record area on field notes and <br />provide photograph of affected area. Locate High Water Mark and record GPS Real <br />Time horizontal location and vertical elevation of water mark and record in field <br />notes. <br />3. State Plane Coordinates shall be based upon the North American Datum, 1983/1990 <br />adjustment, Florida East Zone. Elevations shall be based upon the National <br />Geodetic Vertical Datum of 1929. <br />
