<br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN
<br />that the Board of County Commi
<br />sioners of Indian River County.
<br />Florida, will receive sealed bids to
<br />the hour of 8:30 o'clock A. M. on
<br />Wednesday, September 11, 1963, and
<br />at said time will publicly open the
<br />same at a meeting of said Board
<br />to be held in the County Commis-
<br />sioners' room. Indian River County
<br />Courthouse. Vero Beach, Florida,
<br />fdr the sale. for cash, to Indian
<br />River County, Florida, of the fol-
<br />lowing:
<br />Aerial Photographs to provide
<br />complete coverage of Indian River
<br />County, Florida, together with two
<br />duplicate photographs showing the
<br />urban area of the City of Vero
<br />Beach, Florida: all photographs to
<br />be on a scale of 1" equals 400' and
<br />to be not less than 40" x 40" in size,
<br />and to have been taken subsequent
<br />to November 30, 1962.
<br />The Board of County Commission-
<br />ers reserves the right to reject any
<br />and all bids and to waive any in-
<br />formalities and to make awards in'.
<br />such manner as they consider best,
<br />for the interests of Indian River
<br />County, Florida.

<br />securely sealed and marked on the

<br />East Central Florida Regional Planning Council $1,004.25

<br />Motion was made by Commissioner Macdonald, seconded by
<br />Commissioner Waddell and unanimously carried, that the low;bidof East
<br />Central Florida Regional Planning. Council in the amount of $1,004..25 be
<br />accepted.
<br />'Sam T. -Joyce, Sheriff, appeared before the Board and requested
<br />that the "good time" of 35 days for William J. McNelis, now serving time
<br />in the county jail, be taken from him because McNelis had been a constant_
<br />source of trouble. Motion was madelby Commissioner McCulLers, seconded
<br />by'Commissioner Waddell, and unanimously carried; that the request be
<br />granted.
<br />Bill Payne appeared before the Board and presented a plan
<br />for rest rooms and septic tank to be, installed at the county park at
