Motion was made by Commissioner Waddell, seconded by Commissioner McCullers and unanimously carried that the following Resolution be adopted. RESOLUTION BE IT RESOLVED, by the Indian River County, Florida, that Board of County Commissioners of the Clerk of the Circuit Court and the Supervisor of Registration be requested to take the necessary steps to place on the ballot at the November 5 General Election the proposition of the appointment by the Board of Superintendent. Public Instruction of the County The, County Engineer informed the Board that Bob Duerden 'had contacted him again with regard to a zoning violation in Roseland. After some discussion, Motion was made by Commissioner Macdonald, seconded by. Commissioner McCullers:and unanimously carried, that the County:Engineer be authorized to take necessary steps to remove this trailer in compliance with the zoning regulations, including the issuance of the warrant.
