Motion was made by <br />Commissioner Waddell, seconded by Commissioner McCullers and unanimously <br />carried that the following Resolution be adopted. <br />RESOLUTION <br />BE IT RESOLVED, by the <br />Indian River County, Florida, that <br />Board of County Commissioners of <br />the Clerk of the Circuit Court and <br />the Supervisor of Registration be requested <br />to take the necessary steps <br />to place on the ballot at the November 5 General Election the proposition <br />of the appointment by the Board of <br />Superintendent. <br />Public Instruction of the County <br />The, County Engineer informed the Board that Bob Duerden <br />'had contacted him again with regard to a zoning violation in Roseland. <br />After some discussion, Motion was <br />made by Commissioner Macdonald, <br />seconded by. Commissioner McCullers:and unanimously carried, that the <br />County:Engineer be authorized to take <br />necessary steps to remove this <br />trailer in compliance with the zoning regulations, including the issuance <br />of the warrant. <br />The County Attorney explained to the Board allowable travel <br />..expenses of the -various county officials. <br />The County Engineer gave a report on the progress being <br />made on right-of-way acquisition for 14th street. <br />suggested that he be given an opportunity to talk <br />• <br />-befo ,e makrng di y offers for 'right of way. <br />Commissioner Waddell. <br />ewith Mr. Lee Emerick <br />
