RESOLUTION BY BOARD OF COUNTY r; <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER <br />COUNTY, FLORIDA, AT REGULAR MEETING <br />September 11, 1963 <br />WHEREAS, Indian River <br />West Shore of Blue Cypress Lake, <br />308 <br />County owns a tract of land on the <br />described as, <br />The North 800 feet of Lot "L" of FELLSMERE FARMS <br />COMPANY SUBDIVISION of Township 32 South, Range <br />36 East, according to Plat thereof, recorded in <br />Plat Book 2, at pages' 18 and 21, of the Public <br />Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, <br />said property being commonly known as Indian River County Park, and <br />being used for public park and recreational purposes, and <br />WHEREAS, there is immediate need for electric light and <br />power service being made available to said Park for the health, <br />safety, welfare and convenience -of the people of Indian River County, <br />and others using and enjoying the facilities of said Park, and <br />WHEREAS, Peace River Valley Electric Membership Cooperative, <br />Inc., has an electric transmission line now extending along the public <br />county road, commonly known as Blue Cypress Road, to the Surrency <br />residence, which electric transmission line is located upon the right <br />• <br />of -way of said Blue Cypress Road, which right-of-way is owned by <br />Indian River County, Florida, and <br />WHEREAS, said public road extends to the above descipbed <br />Park property, and <br />WHEREAS, owners of other properties lying immediately south <br />of park property .have immediate need for electric light and power ser- <br />, vice being made available to their properties for their health, Safety, <br />welfare and convenience, and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian Rivera <br />} <br />County,,Florida, did by its resolution dated August 7, 1963, a copy <br />.of which was forwarded by the Clerk of this Board to Peace River Valley <br />Electric Membership Cooperative, Inc., at Wauchula, Florida; request <br />said cooperative to extend its transmission lines along the public <br />county road, commonly known as Blue Cypress Road to said Indian River <br />County Park,' and <br />
