T <br /> s y <br /> INDIAN RIVER COUNTY <br /> PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT <br /> ENGINEERING DIVISION <br /> SURVEYING and MAPPING SECTION <br /> PROJECT # 0504 <br /> PROFESSIONAL SURVEYING SERVICES ( MASTER) AGREEMENT <br /> FOR THE EASTERN INDIAN RIVER COUNTY <br /> TOWNSHIP and SECTIONAL SURVEYING AND MAPPING SERVICES <br /> THIS AGREEMENT , entered into this 9th day of August , 2005 by and between <br /> INDIAN RIVER COUNTY , a political subdivision of the State of Florida , hereinafter <br /> referred to as the " COUNTY" , and NICK MILLER , INC . hereinafter referred to as the <br /> " SURVEYOR" . <br /> WITNESSETH <br /> That the COUNTY and the SURVEYOR , in consideration of their mutual <br /> covenants , herein agree the pursuit of this agreement and the foregoing request for <br /> qualifications ( RFQ ) are a direct result of proper advertising and procedures as set forth <br /> by the Consultants Competitive Negations Act ( C . C . N . A . ) as it relates to this ensuing <br /> agreement and with respect to the performance of professional surveying and mapping <br /> services by the SURVEYOR , and the payment for those services by the COUNTY , as <br /> set forth below and in subsequent individual Work Orders . <br /> This agreement shall be referred to as the " MASTER AGREEMENT" under which <br /> future Work Orders will apply . <br /> The SURVEYOR shall provide the COUNTY with professional surveying and <br /> mapping services and such other related services as defined in specific Work Orders , in <br /> all phases of each project . The SURVEYOR shall serve as the COUNTY' s professional <br /> representative for the project as set forth in each Work Order , and shall give surveying <br /> and mar � ; in5 advice to the COUNTY during the performance of the tc- be <br /> rendered . <br /> SECTION I — STANDARDS <br /> All professional Surveying and Mapping services related to this agreement and <br /> subsequent work orders shall adhere to Chapter 177 & Chapter 472 , Florida Statutes <br /> and Chapter 61G17 Minimum Technical Standards ( MTS ) , Florida Administrative Code <br /> as it applies and/or is applicable <br /> F :\Engineering\Capital Projects\0504 Township- Mapping Project Phase 2\Nick Miller contract\0504 Twp-Sectional project MASTER <br /> CONTRACT -Nick Miller, Inc. .doc <br />
