INDIAN RIVER COUNTY <br /> MEDIATION SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT <br /> The parties and/or their respective representatives appeared on July 28 , 2005 , for the <br /> purpose of mediating a settlement of the dispute that exists between them arising as a result of <br /> services and/or supplies provided and/or rendered during the Hurricanes of September, 2004 , and <br /> agreed as follows : <br /> The parties met in good faith for voluntary mediation in the offices of Hatch & Doty, P . A . <br /> on July 28 , 2005 . In attendance were Shawn and Julie Smith for themselves and Super Dip Cafe . <br /> Mike Zito , Esq . , Jason Brown and William DeBraal, Esq . represented Indian River County. <br /> It was specifically agreed that the County' s representatives would recommend to the <br /> Board of County Commissioners at the meeting of the Board to be held Tuesday, August 2 , 2005 , <br /> that this matter be settled completely upon the payment of an additional Thirty Thousand and <br /> no/ 100 ($ 30 ,000 . 00) Dollars in new money, and to also recommend that, upon approval of the <br /> Board, a check in the amount of Thirty Thousand and no/ 100 ($ 30, 000 . 00) Dollars be manually <br /> prepared and paid to Super Dip Caf6 as soon as possible following approval by the Board . <br /> Dated � , 2005 . <br /> M , Zito, Esq .
