AMENDMENT 11 <br /> to Agreement <br /> between <br /> INDIAN RIVER COUNTY <br /> and <br /> JONEAL MIDDLETON <br /> WHEREAS , INDIAN RIVER COUNTY is the ' owner and operator of Blue <br /> Cypress Lake Park on Blue Cypress Lake ; and <br /> WHEREAS , since 1979 , the County has entered into an agreement , with <br /> JONEAL MIDDLETON , to fulfill its obligations to manage and maintain Blue <br /> Cypress Lake Park ; and <br /> WHEREAS , this agreement has resulted in a very smooth and competent <br /> operation of Blue Cypress Lake Park ; and <br /> WHEREAS , the agreement will expire in August of 2005 ; and <br /> WHEREAS , in the interest of orderly administration the agreement should <br /> be renewed , <br /> NOW , THEREFORE , in consideration of the following mutual covenants <br /> and agreements INDIAN RIVER COUNTY , FLORIDA and JONEAL MIDDLETON <br /> do agree as follows : <br /> 1 . The original agreement dated August 22 , 1995 shall remain in full force <br /> and effect until September 1 , 20.1�L, <br /> 2 .
