INDIAN RIVER COUNTY <br /> MISCELLANEOUS COASTAL ENGINEERING TASKS <br /> WORK ORDER NO. 4 TO THE <br /> ANNUAL SURVEYING SERVICES CONTRACT NO. 0390 <br /> BETWEEN MORGAN & EKLUND, INC,, AND <br /> INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA <br /> Pursuant to the Annual Surveying and Mapping Services Agreement (MASTER <br /> AGREEMENT) dated September 2, 2003 , by and between INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, a <br /> political subdivision of the State of Florida, hereinafter referred to as the COUNTY, and <br /> MORGAN & EKLUND, INC. , with a Florida office in WABASSO, FL. , hereinafter referred to <br /> as the SURVEYOR, this WORK ORDER No4j is an extension of and hereby becomes a part of <br /> the MASTER AGREEMENT as follows: <br /> SECTION I - PROJECT LIMITS AND DESCRIPTION <br /> Services included in this Work Order will consist of performing topographic and <br /> bathymetric surveys at designated points along the Indian River County Atlantic Ocean shoreline <br /> SECTION II = COUNTY OBLIGATIONS <br /> The COUNTY agrees to provide the SURVEYOR with the following material, data, or <br /> services as required in connection with the work to be performed under this Work Order: <br /> A. Currently available studies, survey drawings, plans, calculations, and other data pertinent <br /> to the Project. <br /> B . Landowner authorizations to inspect and enter onto the site(s) . <br /> C. Review and comment on SURVEYORS work in a timely fashion. <br /> SECTION III SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> Provide the following services : <br /> 1 . Verify x and y coordinates and elevations of FDEP range monuments, if needed @ $ 165/ monument not to exceed <br /> 20 monuments using RnUGPS from FDEP base station control paints.
