axe <br /> INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, ` <br /> MISCELLANEOUS COASTAL ENGINEERING TASKS .) , 0 1 <br /> WORK ORDER NO. 6 TO THE <br /> ANNUAL SURVEYING SERVICES CONTRACT NO* 0390 <br /> BETWEEN MORGAN & EKLUND , INC., AND <br /> INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA <br /> Pursuant to the Annual Surveying and Mapping Services Agreement (MASTER <br /> AGREEMENT) dated September 2, 2003 , by and between INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, a <br /> political subdivision of the State of Florida, hereinafter referred to as the COUNTY, and <br /> MORGAN & EKLUND, INC. , with a Florida office in WABASSO, FL . , hereinafter referred to <br /> as the SURVEYOR, this WORK ORDER No . 6 is an extension of and hereby becomes a part of <br /> the MASTER AGREEMENT as follows: <br /> SECTION I - PROJECT LIMITS AND DESCRIPTION <br /> Services included in this Work Order will consist of performing survey and mapping <br /> services at designated points along the Indian River County Atlantic Ocean shoreline <br /> SECTION II - COUNTY OBLIGATIONS <br /> The COUNTY agrees to provide the SURVEYOR with the following material, data, or <br /> services as required in connection with the work to be performed under this Work Order: <br /> A. Currently available studies, survey drawings, plans, calculations, and other data pertinent <br /> to the Project. <br /> B . Landowner authorizations to inspect and enter onto the site(s) . <br /> C. Review and comment on SURVEYORS work in a timely fashion. <br /> SECTION III SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> Provide the following services: <br /> 1 . Conduct hydrographic surveys along eight (8) onshore profile lines, FDEP reference <br /> monuments R-23 to R-30 inclusive.
