INDIAN RIVER COUNTY <br /> PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT <br /> AMENDMENT NO , 1 TO THE PROFESSIONAL <br /> SERVICES AGREEMENT FOR <br /> LAND SURVEYING AND MAPPING/GIS SERVICES CONTRACT BETWEEN MORGAN ANNUAL <br /> EKLUND, INC. AND INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA <br /> This is an amendment to the existing Professional Services Agreement for Annual Land Surveying and <br /> Mapping/GIS Services (AGREEMENT) dated November 6 , 2007 between Morgan Eklund, Inc . <br /> ( SURVEYOR) and Indian River County (COUNTY) . <br /> WHEREAS , the existing AGREEMENT between SURVEYOR and COUNTY provides for <br /> Work Orders to be issued for services , this AMENDMENT NO . 1 modifies that requirement so that a <br /> Purchase Order will be issued by the COUNTY and approved through the MUNIS system, for proposed <br /> services that total less than $ 15 , 000 . 00 .
