Includes <br /> all side streets, Rights-of--Way, alleys etc. to a minimum of 100' beyond (east and west) of Old <br /> Dixie Highway existing Right-of--Way. <br /> Dear Mr. O 'Brien: <br /> Morgan & Eklund, Inc. is pleased to provide you with the following proposal to provide right-of--way <br /> mapping for the above-referenced project. <br /> Based on the information provided, I understand the scope of work to include the following tasks : <br /> • Project is to (at a minimum) adhere to County Supplied EXHIBIT `B" Old Dixie Hwy — US 1 to <br /> 69 Street Indian River County Right-of-Way Map Checklist. <br /> • Establish horizontal control network along R/W corridor <br /> • Tie baseline control to Florida State Plane Coordinate System, East Zone, NAD 83/99 <br /> • Locate block comers, lot comers, and FEC R/R R/W monumentation along right-of-way lines <br /> • Location of FEC R/R tracks and edge of pavement of Dixie Highway and 100' on side streets. <br /> • Locate buildings and/or major concrete slabs or features of concern within 25 ' of R/W <br /> • Establish centerline of R/W and set nail and disks (or sufficient monumentation) at all Qen'Lerline <br /> points of intersection PC ' s, PI' s PT' s and side street centerline intersections, interval not to <br /> exceed 1 ,000' <br /> • Certified Comer Reports (CCR) shall be created or updated on all found, used and or established <br /> Sectional Control throughout the project. <br /> • County is to supply any boundary surveys, recorded plats or relevant information helpful to the <br /> positioning of the project from County files within 10 days of notice to proceed. <br /> • County is to supply a current Title Search of approximately 116 parcels bordering and/or within <br /> established limits along the corridor within 30 days of notice to proceed. <br /> • The Right-of--Way mapping project shall be prepared in a fashion as to be easily used by the <br /> consultant or P parties as base map for any additional Topographic Surveys as determined by the <br /> County via separate work order. <br /> 8745 U.B.
