Zion Missionary Baptist Church <br /> of Vero Beach , a Florida non profit corporation , whose address is 4405 43rd <br /> Avenue , Vero Beach , FL 32967 , hereinafter called GRANTEE. <br /> W ! R . Book 1842 , Page 2210 .
