At the -request of the Sheriff, Motion was'made by Comania- sioner Waddell, seconded by Commissioner Macdonald.a4d•unanimously carried, that the Sheriff*be-instructed to place a no parking sign at the entrance at the South end of the Courthouse in order to make the.entrance accessible. Motion was made by Commissioner Macdonald, seconded by• Commissioner McCullers and unanimously carried, that the. following Resolution be adopted. RES 0 L U T I 0 N WHEREAS., the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County,. Florida, did adopt its Resolution designating certain roads in this county for improvement and paving by the State Road Depart-. ment; and WHEREAS, one of the roads so designated for paving was that road known as Kings Highway (SR 505-A) running from the North relief canal to West Wabasso Road, (SR 510); and WHEREAS, said road has been designated, used, established and maintained by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County as a public road for a period of more than four years immediately prior to the date of the adopting of this resolution; iww, therefore, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, in regular session on this the 8th day of January, 1964. -that this Board does herewith certify to the State Road Department of the State of Florida that the road commonly known as Kings Highway, being State Road S -505-A, and extending from the North relief canal to West Wabasso Road (SR -510) in Indian River County, Florida, has been designated, established and maintained by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, as a public road and that the right-of-way for said public road lies in and over the following described lands as situated in Indian River County to wit: All of those certain lands lying within sixteen (16) feet of the East line of Lot 4, Block 1, according to plat of Hillside Subdi- s00K ila453
