+Jk 8 .5 <br />The County Attorney reported that Mr. Al.Briggs has tendered his <br />resignation as member of the County Zoning:Board. The Chairman <br />appointed Commissioner Waddell a committee of one, to bring to the <br />next Board meeting a recommendation for a new member to fill the vacancy, <br />said new member to be a resident of District 4. <br />Commissioner Macdonald reported that as a result of the cooperation <br />of Mr. Howard and the State Forestry Service, Nine Hundred seedlings <br />have been plated in Wirnbrow hark. He also reported that new road signs <br />for the Parc are now in place. <br />Motion was made by Commissioner Waddell, seconded by Corr:issioner <br />Haffield and unanimously carried, that the Board accept and put in <br />effect the recommendation of Commissioners Macdonald and Commissioner <br />haffield and County Engineer Schmucker, that all vehicular trdfric to <br />the docks at the Roseland Community Building be barred, and Ci._ t. in the <br />future the public shall use the facilities at Wimbrow Park for launching <br />boats. <br />Douglas Baker, Clerk, reported that reports of receipts, expenses <br />and net income were filed on or before January 15, 1964; as provided <br />by law, by the following Officials: Troy E. Moody, Tax Collector, <br />$20,604.40; Homer C. Fletcher, Tax Assessor, $10,361.64; Douglas Baker, <br />Clerk, $4,642.90; John R. Gould, Prosecuting Attorney, $2,599.58 and <br />.Charles A. Sullivan, Judge of Small Claims Court, no excess fees: <br />Miles Mank, County Judge and Sam T. Joyce, Sheriff, are.operating <br />on the budget plan. <br />Motion was made by Commissioner Waddell, seconded by Commissioner <br />Haffield, and unanimously carried, that the County Agent is authorized ' <br />to make out of the county trips on county business in accordance with <br />• <br />his written request. <br />Motion was made by Commissioner Waddell, seconded' by Commissioner <br />Macdonald and unanimously carried, to recind the Resolution adopted <br />January 8, 1964, regarding right of way on Kings Highway and to adopt <br />a revised Resolution as follows: <br />
