We <br /> have verified that all extra work items are in compliance with our Contract Agreement. The following is a detailed <br /> itemization of all extra costs: <br /> PCO No Item No Description Amount Contractor <br /> 118 001 Extend Substantial Completion Date 90 days from $360,000. TURCON <br /> 4/1 /07 to 6/30/07 as a result of Changes issued <br /> through CCD's 16, 17, 20, 21 , 22 , 23, 24, and 25. <br /> 118 002 Fee at 4.25% of Total . $ 15,979. TURCON <br /> Total Cost of this Change : $375,979.00 <br /> This change will extend the Substantial Completion Date 90 Days to June 30, 2007. The Costs included herein are <br /> for General Conditions and Indirect Costs, only, and do not include other. Direct Costs associated with the <br /> referenced CCD's. <br /> It is the intent to have this COR initially funded within the GMP through Construction Contingency and other <br /> Uncommitted Funds that may accrue at Final Completion of the Project. In the event that part or all of the Funds do <br /> not become available to cover this COR, the GMP will be increased by whatever amount is needed , up to the value <br /> of $375,979. , to ensure that any part of the Fee associated with this COR does not become encumbered . <br />
