Y 2 &eo*� TO AGREEMENT BETWEEN OWNER AND CONSTRUCTION MANAGER Pursuant to Section 2 . 2 of the Agreement, dated April 19 , 2005 between Indian River County Board of County Commissioners, Local Government (Owner) and Turner Construction Company, (the Construction Manager), for New County Administration Building (the Project), the Owner and Construction Manager establish a Guaranteed ADDITIONS AND DELETIONS : Maximum Price and Contract Time for the Work as set forth below. The author of this document has added information needed for its ARTICLE IGUARANTEED MAXIMUM PRICE completion . The author may also have revised the text of the Amendment 1 for an Initial Guaranteed Maximum Price was approved on June 7 , 2005 in original AIA standard form .
