2 . 5 . 4 COMPETITIVE BIDDING <br /> 2 . 5 . 4 . 1 Bidding Documents shall consist of bidding requirements, proposed contract forms, <br /> General Conditions and Supplementary Conditions, Specifications and Drawings . <br /> 2 . 5 . 4 . 2 If requested by the Owner, the Architect shall arrange for procuring the reproduction <br /> of Bidding Documents for distribution to prospective bidders . The Owner shall pay directly <br /> for the cost of reproduction or shall reimburse the Architect for such expenses . <br /> 2 . 5 . 4 . 3 If requested by the Owner, the Architect shall distribute the Bidding Documents to <br /> prospective bidders and request their return upon completion of the bidding process. The <br /> Architect shall maintain a log of distribution and retrieval, and the amounts of deposits, if <br /> any, received from and returned to prospective bidders. This document has important legal <br /> consequences. The Architect shall subsequently document and distribute <br /> the bidding results, as directed by the Owner. <br /> 2 . 5 . 5 NEGOTIATED PROPOSALS <br /> 2 . 5 . 5 . 1 Proposal Documents shall consist of proposal requirements, proposed contract <br /> forms, General Conditions and Supplementary Conditions, Specifications and Drawings. <br /> 2 . 5 . 5 . 2 If requested by the Owner, the Architect shall arrange for procuring the reproduction <br /> of Proposal Documents for distribution to prospective contractors.
