<br />      										The       Contract       Documents       consist       of      the       Agreement       between       Owner       and       Contractor
<br />       										( hereinafter   the   Agreement ) ,   Conditions   of  the   Contract   ( General,   Supplementary   and   other
<br />      										Conditions ) ,     Drawings,     Specifications,    Addenda    issued    prior    to    execution    of   the    Contract,
<br />      										other    documents    listed     in     the    Agreement    and     Modifications    issued    after    execution    of   the
<br />      										Contract.   A   Modification   is    ( i)    a   written   amendment   to   the   Contract   signed   by   both   parties,
<br />      										( 2)    a   Change    Order,    ( 3)    a   Construction    Change    Directive    or    (4)    a   written   order   for   a   minor
<br />      										change   in   the   Work  issued   by  the  Architect.   Unless   specifically  enumerated   in  the   Agreement,
<br />      										the     Contract     Documents     do     not     include     other    documents     such     as     bidding    requirements
<br />      										( advertisement    or   invitation    to    bid,    Instructions    to    Bidders,    sample    forms,    the    Contractor's
<br />     										bid   or  portions   of Addenda  relating  to   bidding  requirements ) .
<br />      										1 . 1 . 2		THE    CONTRACT
<br />     										The    Contract    Documents    form   the   Contract   for   Construction.    The   Contract,together   with
<br />     										the     performance     bond     and     payment     bond	if    any,   represents    the    entire    and    integrated
<br />     										agreement    between    the    parties    hereto    and    supersedes    prior    negotiations,    representations    or
<br />     										agreements,    either    written     or    oral.     The    Contract    may    be     amended     or    modified     only    by    a
<br />     										Modification.      The      Contract      Documents      shall      not      be      construed      to      create      a      contractual
<br />    										relationship   of any  kind   ( 1)   between   the  Architect  and  Contractor,   ( 2)   between   the   Owner  and
<br />    										a    Subcontractor    or    Sub-subcontractor,    ( 3)    except    as    may    be    expressly   provided     in    the
<br />    										agreement    between    the    Owner   and   Architect    or    (4)    between    any   Other   persons    or   entities
<br />    										other      than       the       Owner       and       Contractor.       The       Architect       shall,       however,       be       entitled       to
<br />    										performance      and      enforcement      of     obligations      under      the      Contract      intended      to      facilitate
