FLORIDA <br />31516 <br />R.E S O L U T I O N <br />• <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of <br />Indian River County, Florida, that this Board does herewith find <br />and determine as follows: <br />1. That KENNETH K. ATHA and MARGARET M. ATHA, his• wife, <br />sole owners of HAVEN VIEW SUBDIVISION, a subdivision of Indian <br />River County, Florida, filed a Petition before this. Board on the <br />4th day of March 1964 requesting the Board to adopt a Resolution <br />to close, vacate, abandon, renounce and disclaim any right of the <br />County and the public to a certain park area located in said <br />HAVEN VIEW SUBDIVISION, which said park was acquired by dedication <br />of said subdivision plat and is more particularly described as <br />follows: <br />That certain park area adjacent to Lot 12 <br />HAVEN VIEW SUBDIVISION a subdivision as per plat <br />thereof recorded in Plat Book 5, page 23, and <br />re -plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 5, page 61 <br />Public Records of Indian River County; said park <br />area is situate, lying and being in Indian <br />River County, Florida. <br />2. That this Board adopted a Resolution on the 4th day <br />of March 1964 declaring that the Board of County Commissioners of <br />Indian River County at a definite time and place would consider <br />the advisability of exercising the power granted to it with <br />respect to the vacation and abandoning of parks. <br />3. That this Board has published a notice thereof in the <br />Vero Beach Press -Journal a newspaper in general circulation in <br />Indian River County, Florida; said notice being published at <br />least two weeks prior to the date stated therein for such public <br />hearing. <br />4. That said park described above is not a state or <br />federal park and is not maintained by the County of Indian River, <br />the State of Florida, or the United States and is not incorporated <br />within the incorporated limits of any municipality and is located <br />in Indian River County, Florida. <br />5. That a public hearing thereon has been held by the <br />Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, <br />in the office of said Board in the Indian'River County courthouse <br />Oti <br />OFFICIAL RE ;o r <br />-1- <br />191 PA5E513 <br />
