• <br />RESOLUTION <br />,510 <br />WHEREAS, E. E. Carter did file a petition with the <br />Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, <br />requesting said Board to adopt a resolution to vacate, abandon, <br />discontinue and close certain public streets and utility ease- <br />ments as hereinafter described, and, <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing was duly held by the said <br />Board on April 8, 1964, pursuant to Notice thereof duly published <br />in the Vero Beach Press Journal, a newspaper of general circula- <br />tion in Indian River County, Florida, which said publication was <br />had two weeks prior to the public hearing as required by law, and, <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, has duly <br />considered the same, <br />NOW THEREFORE, <br />BE IT RESOLVED that the following described public <br />streets and utility easements, to -wit: <br />1. That certain 60 foot street located be- <br />tween Blocks 1 and 8 of Glendale Park Sub- <br />division in Tract 1, Section 14, Township <br />33 South, Range 39 East as recorded in Plat <br />Book 1 at page 87 of the Indian River County, <br />Florida, public records, being a portion of <br />7th Street. <br />•2. All those certain.easements on, in and <br />under the rear five (5) feet of all lots in <br />Blocks 1 and 8, Glendale Park Subdivision as <br />per plat thereof on file in Plat Book•1 at <br />page 87 of the Indian River County, Florida; <br />• <br />
