The following is a <br /> detailed itemization of all extra costs: <br /> PCO No Item No Description _ Amount Contractor <br /> 085 001 Modify Existing Manhole Covers $ 16,920. GULCON <br /> 085 002 General Conditions @ 10% $1 ,692 . TURCON <br /> 085 003 Fee @ 4.25% of Total $826. TURCON <br /> 085 005 Release Contingency-Manhole Extensions ($ 19,438. ) INDRIV <br /> Total Change to the GMP: $0.00 <br /> This change resulted in a schedule impact. The necessary Time Extension required was concurrent with other <br /> issues that were included in COR No. 065. 1 and AIA Change Order No. 021 . <br /> Please return one ( 1 ) signed copy of this letter indicating your authorization to process this Change Order Request <br /> which does not change our Contract Amount. Following final approval of the actual Change Order by the Board of <br /> County Commissioners, the Owner's Contingency will be decreased by Nineteen Thousand Four Hundred Thirty <br /> Eight Dollars ($19,438.).
