Description : Furnish and Install Truncated domes at Park Entrance : <br /> Reason : These were not included in the original bid documents , and are an ADA required <br /> feature as per the right of way permits , work includes 200 square feet of domes . <br /> ADDITION to the Contract Price = $6 , 806 . 00 <br /> 4 . Description : Revised Boardwalk Bench and Pickets : : <br /> Reason : The building permit required this item that was not included in the orginal bid <br /> documents . There are 4 benches on the boardwalk , the pickets are required for each to <br /> prevent a child from falling off the boardwalk . <br /> ADDITION to the Contract Price = $898 . 00 <br /> 5 . Description : Revised Pavilion elevations : <br /> Reason : The change in sidewalk slopes and elevations from that required by the original <br /> bid documents required the change in elevation for the pavilions . This cost includes the <br /> addition survey and staking work require for the pavilion changes . <br /> ADDITION to the Contract Price = $345 . 00 <br /> 6 .
