The Project Site shall be managed as an addition to the Oslo Riverfront Conservation <br /> Area, <br /> 15 , The Project Site shall be developed and managed as a support parcel of the Oslo <br /> Riverfront recreational trail system . <br /> 16 . The Project Site shall be protected and managed as part of linked conservation lands <br /> within the designated Oslo Riverfront Area Greenway and larger Indian River Lagoon Blueway. <br /> 17 . Proposed site improvements shall be designed and located to minimize or eliminate the <br /> long term risk of storm damage or flooding in conjunction with appropriate hazard mitigation <br /> agencies or experts . <br /> 18 .
