This law authorizes and empowers each inland navigation distnct to <br />undertake programs intended to alleviate the problems associated with its waterways. The <br />purpose of this rule is to set forth the District s policy and procedures for the <br />implementation of an assistance program under s. 374.976, F S., for local governments, <br />member counties and navigation related districts within the District.
