( ENGINEER) and Indian River County (COUNTY) . <br /> This Supplemental No . 3 to Work Order No . 1 amends the agreement as follows : <br /> SECTION I — PROJECT LIMITS <br /> Consultant services are required to design a fiber optic interconnect plan and for observation <br /> of the installation of conduits and pull boxes for the new Indian River County Parks Maintenance <br /> Complex . <br /> SECTION II — SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> The Scope of Services for this Supplemental No . 3 to Work Order No . 1 is to perform the <br /> following tasks as requested by the County : <br /> Fiber Optic Interconnect Conduit : <br /> • Revise the Utility Plan sheet ( U - 1 ) to add a fiber optic splice vault at the east side of the <br /> proposed western driveway onto 77 `x' Street, and interconnect conduits running to the <br /> west . <br /> 0 Revise the Water Details sheet ( U - 4 ) to include an interconnect plan showing conduits <br /> and pull boxes from the project site to the 58 "' Avenue connection point . <br /> • Add pull box and splice vault details on sheet ( U4 ) . <br /> C :ADocuments and Settings\SeanklTocal SettingsV'Temporary Internet Files\OI X906\0701 Supplemental No 3 to WO No I Carter 06- <br /> 10-09 . doc <br />
