Contractor following the award of the bid. <br />E. Construction Phase <br />I . Once the bid is awarded the DESIGNER will provide Construction <br />Administration for their portion of the work. More specifically, the work will <br />include the following. <br />a. Inspection prior to all concrete pours. <br />b. Inspections from DESIGNER'S consultants. <br />C. A minimum of once a week inspection, which would be documented with <br />digital photos and inspection report. <br />d. Overseeing changes in the work and certificates of payment each month for <br />their portion of the work. <br />SECTION V - TIME FOR COMPLETION <br />A. The time for completion of each project phase shall be as follows: <br />1. Agreement between the DESIGNER and the COUNTY <br />2. Design Development Plans <br />3. Construction Plans and Specifications <br />4. Commence Construction Phase <br />5. Occupy Facility <br />24 Feb 2006 <br />20 April 2006 <br />24 May 2006 <br />20 July 2006 <br />Mid Feb 2007 <br />B. Commencement dates shall be established in a "Notice to Proceed" from the COUNTY for <br />each phase. <br />SECTION VI - COMPENSATION <br />The COUNTY agrees to pay and the DESIGNER agrees to accept for services rendered pursuant <br />to this Agreement fees in accordance with the following: <br />A.
