PARTIAL ASSIGNMENT OF CASH BOND <br /> FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION OF THE SUM OF TEN DOLLARS AND NO/ 100 <br /> ($ 10 . 00) AND OTHER VALUABLE CONSIDERATIONS , JIDA INVESTMENTS , INC ., a <br /> Florida corporation f/k/a Ocean Oaks West Development, Inc. , ( "Assignor") hereby assign to <br /> M-R HOMES , LTD. , a Florida limited partnership , ( "Assignee" ) all of their right, title and <br /> interest as Developer under the terms of that certain Cash Deposit and Escrow Agreement dated <br /> May 20 , 2004 by and between JIDA Investments , Inc . and Indian River County, a copy of which <br /> is attached hereto as Exhibit "A", and which is more specifically identified in Exhibit ` B " <br /> attached hereto .
