Deduct the cost ($52,596.45) of materials purchased directly by the Indian River County BOCC for the Indian River County Jail Expansion per the attached Direct Purchase Log dated January 25, 2008. Tax savings of $3,155.79 will be placed in the Owner's Contingency Fund. Add the cost of $55.892.70 for balances remaining on Direct Purchase Orders for the Indian River County Jail Expansion per the attached Direct Purchase Log dated January 25, 2008. The taxes of $3,353.56 associated with these credits will be deducted from the Owner's Contingency Fund. The original Guaranteed Maximum Price was $ 18,301,631.00 The net change by previously authorized Change Orders $ (550,446.35) The Guaranteed Maximum Price prior to this Change Order was $ 17,751,184.65 The Guaranteed Maximum Price will be increased by this Change Order in the amount of $ 3.296.25 The new Guaranteed Maximum Price including this Change Order will be $ 17754,480.90 The Contract Time will be increased by Zero ( 0 ) days. The date of Substantial Completion as of the date of this Change Order therefore is September 10, 2007.
