P f <br /> INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA <br /> CLOSING FUND AGREEMENT <br /> AGREEMENT <br /> THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into this 16th day of May, 2008, by and <br /> between Indian River County, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, hereinafter referred <br /> to as "County " and Piper Aircraft, Inc ., its successors and permitted assigns, hereinafter referred <br /> to as the "Closing Fund Awardee, " pursuant to Section 125 .045, Florida Statutes. <br /> County has determined that the Closing Fund Awardee is a reputable and loyal Florida <br /> business and has met all of the requirements necessary to become certified by the State of <br /> Florida Executive Office of the Governor's Office of Tourism, Trade and Economic Development <br /> ("OTTED ") to participate in OTTED ' s Quick Action Closing Fund (Closing Fund) and that all <br /> statutorily required reviews and approvals have been obtained pursuant to Section 288. 1088, <br /> Florida Statutes, and the provisions of Chapter 2007-72, Section 6, Line 2758, Laws of Florida. <br /> The Closing Fund Awardee and OTTED have entered into that certain Quick Action Closing <br /> Fund Agreement dated as of May 16, 2008 (the "OTTED Closing Final Agreement") . <br /> This Agreement supersedes any and all prior agreements and applications submitted by <br /> the Closing Fund Awardee.
