P f <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA <br />CLOSING FUND AGREEMENT <br />AGREEMENT <br />THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into this 16th day of May, 2008, by and <br />between Indian River County, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, hereinafter referred <br />to as "County" and Piper Aircraft, Inc., its successors and permitted assigns, hereinafter referred <br />to as the "Closing Fund Awardee," pursuant to Section 125.045, Florida Statutes. <br />Countv has determined that the Closing Fund Awardee is a reputable and loyal Florida <br />business and has met all of the requirements necessary to become certified by the State of <br />Florida Executive Office of the Governor's Office of Tourism, Trade and Economic Development <br />("OTTED") to participate in OTTED's Quick Action Closing Fund (Closing Fund) and that all <br />statutorily required reviews and approvals have been obtained pursuant to Section 288.1088, <br />Florida Statutes, and the provisions of Chapter 2007-72, Section 6, Line 2758, Laws of Florida. <br />The Closing Fund Awardee and OTTED have entered into that certain Quick Action Closing <br />Fund Agreement dated as of May 16, 2008 (the "OTTED Closing Final Agreement") <br />This Agreement supersedes any and all prior agreements and applications submitted by <br />the Closing Fund Awardee.
