- , 330 CONTRACT THIS CONTRACT, made this 14th day of June, 2005, between ST. LUCIE COUNTY EROSION DISTRICT, a dependent taxing district of the state of Florida, hereinafter called the "County" , and MCCULLY MARINE SERVICES, INC. , a Florida corporation, or his , its or their successors, executors, administrators., and assigns hereinafter called the "Contractor" : WITNESSETH : 1. PURPOSE That Contractor agrees with the County, for the consideration herein mentioned, at his, its or their own proper cost and expense to do all the Work and furnish all the materials, equipment, supplies, and labor necessary to carry out this Contract in the manner and to the full extent as set forth in the Contract Documents , and to the satisfaction of the duly authorized representatives of the County, who shall have at all times full opportunity to inspect the materials to be furnished and the Work to be done under this Contract. 2 . GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF WORK It is agreed that the Work to be done under this Contract is to provide general marine contracting services for the County on an as needed basis as set forth in the Scope of Services attached hereto and incorporated herein as Exhibit A . The parties acknowledge and agree that this Contract is being entered into pursuant to the "piggyback" provisions of Martin County RFP-201-04 , hereinafter called the "Martin County RFP". All references to Martin County in the Martin County Bid shall be deemed to refer to the County for the purposes of this Contract. 3 . PROJECT MANAGER The Project Manager for the County is Tames Oppenborn, Marine Resource Coordinator , at (772) 462-1713 . The Project Manager for the Contractor is John W. McCulley at (772 ) 489-6069. The parties shall direct all matters arising in connection with the performance of this Contract, other than invoices and notices, to the attention of the Project Managers for attempted resolution or action.
