FELLSMERE ROAD SIDEWALK, PHASE I <br /> CYPRESS STREET TO MYRTLE STREET <br /> ATTACHMENT "A" <br /> 2 . Project Description : <br /> a. Construction <br /> b . Project will provide a safe walking path for pedestrians to access Public elementary <br /> school , thereby reducing automotive vehicular trips on CR512 . <br /> c . Project is located along CR512 (Fellsmere Road) between Cypress St. and Myrtle St , in <br /> the City of Fellsmere . ( See Exhibit "A") <br /> d . Special Characteristics — Project will extend an existing path. ( See Exhibit `B") <br /> e . County currently has sufficient right-of-way since an existing ditch will be culverted <br /> south of Fellsmere Road as part of the project. The right-of-way was acquired by <br /> FDOT more than twenty years ago . <br /> f. No right-of-way acquisition needed. <br /> g. Phase I to construct the path east of Cypress Street was just completed March 2002 . <br /> h. None . <br />
