Instrument prepardd by & should be returned to: Indian River County Attorney's Office 1840 25'" Street, Vero Beach, FL 32960 RELEASE OF EASEMENT WHEREAS , Indian River County, a political subdivision of the State of Florida ("County") and Horizon Nursery of Florida , L. C . , a Florida limited liability company ("Horizon " ) have recorded the Indian River County Public Works and School Board Facility Plat found at Plat Book 20 , Pages 80-82 , of the public records of Indian River County , Florida ; and WHEREAS , Horizon granted to the County a drainage easement over land owned by Horizon so that the County could use the land for drainage ; and WHEREAS , County staff has determined that the easement is no longer needed and retention of this easement would serve no public purpose ; and WHEREAS , Horizon has requested the County release any and all interest that it may have in the easement , NOW, THEREFORE , THIS RELEASE OF EASEMENT is executed on behalf of the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, a political subdivision of the State of Florida , whose mailing address is 1840 25th Street, Vero Beach , Florida 32960 , Grantor, to Horizon , its successors in interest, heirs and assigns . The County does hereby release and abandon to Horizon all right , title , and interest that it may have in the 15-foot drainage easement shown in O . R . Book 1446 , Page 2997 , of the public records of Indian River County, Florida .
