An out-of- state participant is a person who has not maintained <br /> legal residence in Florida for at least 12 months) . IR CC <br /> parking ticket, libraryfee, or incomplete residency information. Every effort will be made to re olve the <br /> issue with the registrant in a timely manner. Regardless of registration status, the company wiff be billed <br /> for the total number of class participants.
