Avenue. <br /> I am in disagreement with the purchase price offered by the county of $ 15 , 639 . 00 <br /> or $3 .00 per square foot. <br /> Our counter offer which has been placed on the agreement and initialed. My <br /> counter is $5 .00 per square foot or $26,065 .00. <br /> The reasons for the counter offer is as follows : <br /> 1 . Your quotation of the price of $ 15 . 639 is not a far market value. I had <br /> an appraisal prepared in May 2007 which states it is valued at a greater <br /> price. <br /> 2 . 2 . The county purchased its first parcel for the 43 d Avenue project and <br /> stated as part of the agreement was placing 2 yard drains to drain our <br /> property of excess water. According to the drawings by the county I <br /> have only one drain as per the agreement. There is a 2nd drain placed <br /> on drawings by the county which I do not feel will drain the North <br /> property.
